ZNBC called upon to open political channels

The national broadcaster ZNBC has been called upon to consider introducing TV and radio political channels as the country moves from analog to digital broadcasting.

Aspiring Munali Constituency Member of Parliament Patrick Mungo says people can then use the TV and radio political channels to exercise their universal human rights.

Mr. Mungo believes having such broadcasting channels dedicated to allowing people exercise their human rights will also create an opportunity for youths to participate in issues of governance in the country.
