Political Scientist Alex Ng’oma says it is not yet clear who will win this week’s parliamentary by-elections in the three constituencies.
There have been diverse statements coming from political parties taking part in Tuesday’s Parliamentary and Local government by-elections.
But Dr. Ng’oma has told QFM News by telephone that that is the beauty of democracy of not knowing who will carry the day.
Dr. Ng’oma says the people and political players should just wait for the final results and see who has carried the day.
Dr. Ngoma says he finds it interesting that it is not clear who will carry the day saying it shows that democracy in the country has grown.
