Justice Minister Ngosa Simbyakula Ngosa Simbyakula has encouraged stakeholders to continue making recommendations on how best the Public Order Act can be administered by the Police.
Dr. Simbyakula has assured stakeholders that their proposals pertaining to the revision of the Public Order Act will be considered.
Speaking to journalists in Lusaka today, Dr. Simbyakula says government remains committed to ensure that the Public Order Act is fairly applied.
Dr. Simbyakula says the PF is a listening government and all the proposals that relevant stakeholders have made will be considered.
He says the government wants to see citizens enjoy their rights fully.
