Political Scientist Alex Ng’oma has stressed the need for the country to expeditiously conclude the current constitution making process.
Dr. Ng’oma has told Qfm News that it is however entirely up to President Edgar Lungu to provide leadership on the way forward with regards the enactment of the new supreme law.
He has advised that this is one way he thinks people in the country will be seen to be united and speak with one voice as Zambians.
Dr Ngóma notes that the mode of adoption for the new constitution is another element that has brought about tension in the country under the PF government.
He has further called on President Lungu to also seriously look into the plight of retirees in the country.
