Home Affairs Minister Davies Mwila has warned illegal immigrants in the country that they will face the wrath of the law when caught.
Mr. Mwila has told QFM News that law enforcement officers have since been put on high alert.
He adds that Immigration Officers will continue thoroughly screening all those entering the country through different boarder entries across the country.
Mr Mwila explains that what the country has witnessed in the last few weeks where over 130 foreigners were arrested for entering the country unlawfully was just one of the many such operations to come.
The Home Affairs Minister says government will not remain idol or relax and allow people without proper documentation enter the country and put the country’s security at risk.
