President Lungu has been advised to thoroughly screen people he intends to appoint at District Commissioners following the termination of contracts for most of them.
PF 2011 Siavonga Member of Parliament loosing candidate Lovemore Kanyama says a lot of the former District Commissioners whose contracts ended belong to former PF Secretary General Wynter Kabimba.
Mr. Kanyama says most of them now are using people in the media to help them with coverage so that the President may notice them and re-appoint them.
He says the President and PF Secretary General Davies Chama must thoroughly screen the candidates so that they may not appoint people who will be leaking information to Mr. Kabimba.
