OYV Executive Director Guess Nyirenda
The Operation Young Vote (OYV) has encouraged political parties taking part in April 14th by-election to continue with their peaceful campaigns.
OYV Executive Director Guess Nyirenda says his organization is pleased with campaigns in Senga Hill, Masaiti and Chawama constituencies.
Mr. Nyirenda says the people expect that in the remaining few days of their campaigns, the political party leaders will continue sensitizing their cadres on the importance of peaceful campaigns.
He says there is also need for the political players to respect the Electoral Code of conduct and respect each other’s views to avoid confusion.
