Political leaders advised to reflect on their qualities

The Independent Churches of Zambia (ICOZ) has advised political leaders to reflect on the leadership qualities of Jesus Christ this year’s Easter holiday.

ICOZ President Bishop David Masupa says he also thinks that there is no better time for the people of Zambia to forgive each other and ask for forgiveness than now during Easter.

Bishop Masupa is encouraging individuals holding grudges against others to let go and open a fresh page.

He says much as people may differ in views on different things they should on the other hand show love towards each other because this is what it means to be a Christian nation.

Bishop Masupa has also urged leaders to be servants of the people and begin to serve the people as opposed to serving their own interests.
