The ruling Patriotic Front (PF) has accused UPND Leader Hakainde Hichilema of going on rampage to injure Zambia’s interest in the United Kingdom by telling the international community not to invest in Zambia.

PF Media Committee Vice Chairperson Sunday Chanda in a statement to QFM News says Mr. Hichilema wants to punish Zambians for not electing him President four times in a row.

He says the UPND Leader has demonstrated his capacity to injure the interests of the majority in order to safeguard his personal interests of becoming President.

He says President Lungu went to China and managed to wooed Chinese investors while the UPND Leader on the other hand was busy telling investors not to invest in the country’s economy.

He says the international community will now understand why Zambians have continued to reject Mr. Hichilema in every election because he is a political mercenary and sell-out ready to injure the interests of the majority just to become President.

He notes that Mr. Hichilema’s desperate behaviour is unprecedented and extremely childish.

Meanwhile, Mr. Chanda says it is shameful and a lack of morality for former PF Secretary General Wynter Kabimba to pontificate and eulogise the late Republican President Michael Sata’s legacy.

Mr. Chanda says Mr. Kabimba was actually the traitor of that same Sata’s legacy.

Me. Chanda says late President Sata fired Mr. Kabimba as Secretary General and Minister of Justice, replacing him with now PF Party President and Republican President Edgar Lungu.
