The Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ) has encouraged the Zambian people to use this Easter season to seek God’s intervention on the many things that have gone wrong in the country.
EFZ Executive Director Pukuta Mwanza says Christians should also use this season to ask for forgiveness from God and everyone they have wronged as well as forgive those who have wronged them.

Reverend Mwanza notes that Easter period is very important to every Christian thus every person should appreciate and take time to pray and thank God for what has done.
He adds that without Christ dying, people would not have been enjoying the lives they have today hence they should thank God for that.
Reverend Mwanza adds that political leaders should also take time during Easter to reflect on how their conduct towards each other has been and forgive each other.
He has further advised the people of Zambia to celebrate the coming Easter in a peaceful and acceptable manner and not engage themselves in immoral activities.
