‘I’m the happiest I’ve ever been’ – pregnant Helen Flanagan beams as she reveals she and boyfriend Scott Sinclair are living in a hotel

HELEN Flanagan made no secret of the fact she wanted to be a young mum – she specifically asked her boyfriend of six years Scott Sinclair for a baby on her 24th birthday last August.

Now in her third trimester, Helen has exclusively opened her heart in this week’s OK! Magazine about how it feels to finally have her wish.

“I’m really enjoying [being pregnant]. I’ve been the happiest I’ve ever been while pregnant – I haven’t got hormonal,” the excited mum-to-be, whose due date is just two months away, beamed.

It seems getting pregnant has worked wonders for her and Scott’s relationship after they split briefly in 2013.

“Since I’ve been pregnant we’ve been really happy – I think it’s because you share that bond,” the former Coronation Street actress said.

This is despite the fact Helen and her footballing boyfriend are living in a hotel in Birmingham after he was transferred from Manchester City to Aston Villa.

“It really doesn’t bother me,” she insisted.

The couple hope to have bought a house by May but in the mean time they need to stock up on baby goodies as all they’ve done is by a pram.

While Helen is convinced she’s having a boy, Scott is adamant they’ll be welcoming a baby daughter into the word in the coming weeks.

“I do talk to my baby like it’s a boy but I’d be over the moon if I had a girl,” the 24 year old said.

However, they’ve both agreed to keep the sex a secret and it’s a promise Helen has vowed to keep.

“It’s not fair on Scott if I did find out and I think he’d be really upset if I did,” she said.
