Airtel Money to migrate to a new platform

AirtelAirtel Money is migrating to a new platform in order to improve its customer service and offer more benefits.

The platform which is called ‘Mobiquity’ is a robust system which provides more enhanced functionality and security for its customers.

Airtel Money Country Director, Brenda Thole has told QFM News in a statement that the system migration has been scheduled to start on 21st March from 22.00hrs and this process is expected to be completed before the end of day on 22nd of March 2015.

Mrs Thole says during this time, Airtel Money service will not be available to the customers as the backend interface will undergo a major facelift.

Mrs Thole explains that Airtel Money is a frontrunner of mobile money technology, and will constantly look for ways to improve its offering for a better quality customer experience.

She says Airtel was the first telecommunication company to introduce this service in Zambia as a safe and convenient way to transfer money and pay for goods and services.
