Professor Luo calls for more investment in children ‘s programs

Gender and Child Development Minister Professor Nkandu Luo says there is need for the country to invest more in children.

Professor Luo notes that it is important to invest in children now so that they grow and contribute to the nation as models of how people should live in the world.

She says children are the leaders of the future thus it is important to invest in their future.

She adds that in attaining the post 2015 agenda, the country should continue putting in place the right investment in sectors such as health.

Professor Luo states that working with the relevant stakeholders, government will work hard to invest in children for a brighter Zambia.
