ZANACO Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Dick
The Zambia National Commercial Bank (ZANACO) has reiterated its commitment to contribute to the country’s economic growth.
ZANACO Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Dick says for any economy to grow, there is need to see the development of business.
Mr. Dick says it is in the same line that the bank supports any initiatives aimed at scaling up the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
He says ZANACO has partnered with a number of organizations to help SMEs grow.
He adds that the bank believes that SMEs contribute to job creation which is so much a challenge in the country at the moment and also contributes to poverty alleviation.
Mr. Dick states that ZANACO will continue to pride itself in attracting and developing the best talents, encouraging diversity and providing the best environment for a performance-driven organization.
He has further implored the media in the country to promote Small and Medium Enterprises by coming up with as many stories on entrepreneurship as possible.
