PF DC to decide Masebo’s fate

Patriotic Front Secretary General Davies Chama says the case of Chongwe Member of Parliament Sylvia Masebo will be forwarded to the party’s disciplinary committee for determination of her fate if she does not exculpate herself before the end of today.

The ruling party had given Ms Masebo a seven-day ultimate in which to exculpate herself which expires today for bringing the name of the party into disrepute.

Mr. Chama has told QFM News in an interview that the party is still waiting Ms Masebo’s exculpation letter explaining why she supported the UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema in last month’s presidential election and used derogatory statements remarks against PF President Edgar Lungu.

Mr. Chama explains that Ms Masebo is fully aware that the ultimatum that was given to her was coming to an end today.
