ZCSD hails Lungu for being bold

The Zambia Council for Social Development (ZCSD) has hailed President Edgar Lungu for being bold in decision making, saying he is inspiring confidence in the people of Zambia.

ZCSD Executive Secretary Lewis Mwape has told QFM News that President Lungu’s warning to PF members in the habit of trying to influence him is an indication that he has put the interest of the people first.

Mr. Mwape says the boldness exhibited by President Lungu is an indication that he will not allow anyone to abuse his authority.

He says President Lungu must be commended for not putting the interests of the PF above those of the Zambian people in his execution of his duties.

Mr. Mwape notes that if President Lungu continues on this path, he is likely to do well even if his term of office is short.
