Start working on manifestos,political parties prodded

Political Analyst Alex Ng’oma has advised political parties to start working on their manifestos in readiness for next year’s General Elections.

Dr. Ng’oma has told Qfm News in a telephone interview that political parties ought to come up with stronger messages in order to convince the people to vote for them.

He adds that political parties should engage themselves in issue based politics Dr Ngoma 1ahead of next year’s tripartite election, noting that this will give the people confidence in them.

He notes that most political parties miss is that needs of people differ according their statuses and locations and thus the need for them to give specific messages to the people according to their needs.

Dr. Ng’oma states that this is the time for political parties to start preparing adequately for the 2016 general elections if they want to win the elections.

He has since advised political parties to start working on their structures and ensure that they are represented in all parts of the country if they are to get good votes in all provinces.

Dr. Ng’oma has further advised political parties to desist from engaging in politics of character assassination ahead of the 2016 elections or risk eroding the people’s confidence in them.
