The Zambia Rainbow coalition has charged that delays by President Edgar Lungu to appoint a full cabinet is causing anxiety and instability in market forces.
Zambia rainbow coalition executive director Cleophus Phiri notes that it is high time that president Lungu puts up a full cabinet unlike appointing in pieces causing anxiety even amongst the people of Zambia.
Mr. Phiri notes that it is time for President Lungu to get down to work with a full cabinet in place citing that the works have stalled as there are no ministers to carry out the works.
Mr. Phiri says it is important that president Lungu does so in the interest of the nation with no strings attached.
He explains that his organization fully supports the calls by national restoration party leader Elias Chipimo’s call for president Lungu to consider appointing a full cabinet to help him run government business.
Mr. Phiri further adds that having cabinet in place will result in quick development in various sectors.
