ZCSD urges govt to work with CSOs

The Zambia Council for Social Development (ZCSD) has observed the need for government to work with civil society organizations (CSOs) if the country is to move forward.

The ZCSD wants the Patriotic Front (PF) government under the leadership of President Edgar Lungu to realize the role that CSOs play in the development of the nation.

ZCSD Executive Secretary Lewis Mwape says this means that the PF government must to tightly work with the CSOs.

Mr. Mwape says in this respect government should also speed up the implementation of the decentralization policy.
