UPND youths join in condemning violence

United Party for National Development (UPND) youths have condemned the continued violence being perpetrated by their fellow youths.

Speaking during a media briefing in Lusaka today, UPND youth Representative Nonde Sikasote says youths need to desist from all acts of violence before and after the presidential election.

Mr. Sikasote has further appealed to his fellow youths never to allow politicians to use them for violent acts.

He stresses that Zambia is a peaceful country and Zambians need peace and not politics of violence.

Mr. Sikasote has since appealed to all UPND youths to put to a stop any acts of violence.
