Bwile Royal Establishment distances itself from Musonda’s claims

The Bwile Royal Establishment has distanced itself from the public utterances of Abel Musonda who claimed to speak on behalf of Senior Chief Puta Tefwetefwe at a PF market rally in Chienge.

Bwile Royal Establishment Spokesman Senior Headman Kasoma Puta says the royal establishment has never intimidated its people.

Headman Kasoma Puta says Senior Chief Puta knows the difference between working with the government of the day and campaigning for a political party candidate in an election.

He adds that the Bwile people vote on the basis of issues.

He says Senior Chief Puta has allowed all leaders to campaign, but that as the BRE, they will continue to protect their Chief from abuse, intimidation and division in the family and traditional leadership.

Headman Kasoma Puta says Politicians must be sensitive to values of family, customs and respect for elders.

He states that threats, however, veiled are easy to pick.

He adds that the Bwiles have been insulted by some leaders for far too long.

Headman Kasoma Puta says people should be allowed to speak and vote based on what they hear and experience.
