Patriotic Front member Sunday Chanda has charged that no person is immune to death whether sick or healthy.
Mr. Chanda says Chongwe Member of Parliament Sylvia Masebo should be the last person to discuss anyone’s health status.
Mr. Chanda says Ms. Masebo in her desperate attempts to throw dirty at PF President Edgar Lungu suggests that Zambians are tired of State funerals as though the two sitting Presidents Z
ambia has lost died out of their own volition.
He notes that Ms. Masebo speaks of being tired of state funerals in what should be a direct reference to two late sitting Presidents Levy Mwanawasa and Michael Chilufya Sata.
Mr Chanda states that Zambians know too well that both these men gave Ms Masebo a political life and now that they are no more, she has the courage to indirectly attack them in their graves.
Mr. Chanda says Ms. Masebo wrongfully believes PF President Edgar Lungu is not enjoying good health and on that premise must not be elected to office.
He says Zambians are aware that Ms. Masebo and PF President Edgar Lungu are not and will never be in the same league.
Mr. Chanda says Zambians must condemn with impunity such fruitless politics but vote for Mr. Lungu for continued development.
He has further urged Zambians not to entertain statements suggesting that Mr. Lungu is sick because he is very fit and ready to serve the people of Zambia
