Bashilubemba told Ms Nawakwi that the next president who would be elected into office on January 20, 2015 should gazette Henry Kanyata Sosala as paramount chief Chitimukulu.

Ms Nawakwi has observed that the president was given a lot of powers hence the interference in chiefdom.

She says the Bemba Royal Establishment needed to be making independent decision such as choosing its desired leader.

And speaking earlier upon arrival in Kasama, Northern Province, in her continued campaign trail, the opposition FDD President Edith Nawakwi condemned the violence exhibited by the ruling PF against the opposition UPND.
