The Zambia Police has been called upon to immediately arrest UPND vice president for politics Canisius Banda for allegedly alarming the nation that the 2015 presidential election would be rigged.

On Wednesday the 31st of December Dr. Banda disclosed at a media briefing held in Lusaka that his party the UPND has information of how the presidential election will be allegedly rigged using ballot papers with a fading features.
The Evangelical Youth Alliance International (EYAI) which has called for the immediate arrest of Dr. Banda has wondered how the UPND can now question the credibility of Electoral Commissioner of Zambia (ECZ) when it was been winning Parliamentary seats in by-elections conducted by the ECZ.
EYAI president Moses Lungu says his organization is of the view that the opposition UPND is only using the same trick of creating despondency in a similar fashion it has been doing in the many Parliamentary by-elections it has been wining.
Reverend Lungu has also implored the Medical Association of Zambia (MAZ) to take action against Dr. Banda for breaching the Oath of Secrecy for Doctors.
He says Dr. Banda has breached this oath by disclosing a medical report that suggest that ruling PF president Edgar Lungu allegedly suffers from a kidney problem.
