Chama warns Masebo

Ruling Patriotic front (PF) Secretary General Davies Chama has warned Chongwe Member of Parliament Sylvia Masebo against making personal attacks on PF president Edgar Lungu.

Mr. Chama says Ms. Masebo should instead keep quiet because the ruling party leadership is not ready to exchange bitter words with her.

And Mr. Chama has observed that Ms. Masebo, who has endorsed the candidature UPND president Hakainde Hichilema for the 2015 presidential election, is not a factor in Chongwe where she is Member of Parliament.

He has recalled that the ruling party in fact struggled to make her win the Parliamentary seat.

The PF Secretary General states that it is in this vein that Ms. Masebo has no right to judge the PF adding that she should just resign to pave way for a by-election as she IS not a factor in the ruling party.
He has since reaffirmed the ruling PF’s determination to carry on with issued based campaigns as opposed to wasting time on hate speech.
