PF’s Mpulungu rally takes off in absence of Lungu

The Patriotic Front (PF) rally in Mpulungu District in Northern Province took off despite PF President Edgar Lungu not showing up at the venue.

This was after Mpulungu residents resisted to be disbursed upon realizing that Mr. Lungu would not show and therefore the rally should cancelled.

The residents wanted to be addressed by Mr. Lungu.

Qfm staffer Albert Mpezeni reports from Mprulungu that the residents started trooping at Muzabwera Grounds as early as 13hours.

By post time party officials were still going to the rally to address them.
