PF promise to recognize Sosala as Chitimukulu is mockery – Cephas Bwalya

MMD Northern Province Information and Publicity Secretary Cephas Bwalya says it is total mockery for the PF to promise to recognize Henry Kanyanta Sosala as Paramount chief Chitimukulu now that there are elections.

Mr Bwalya says despite receiving overwhelming support from the people of Northern province in the 2011 elections, the PF turned against the people of northern province and humiliated, mocked and insulted the Paramount Chief Chitimukulu Henry Kanyanta Sosala.

He has since urged the people in the province to give MMD President Dr Nevers Mumba 100% votes in the forthcoming presidential election.

Mr Bwalya says Dr Mumba is the only politician who stood with the people of Northern province when Paramount Chief Chitimukulu suffered humiliation at the hands of the PF government.

He says throughout this period of humiliation, fear and grief, MMD and Dr Mumba fearlessly stood by the people of Northern Province and encouraged the Bembas to be strong, look up to God, and never to kneel down before any politician but only God himself.

Mr Bwalya says Dr Mumba in his quest to support the Paramount Chief Chitimukulu was also in the process harassed.
