Health Minister Joseph Kasonde has assured people living with HIV and AIDS in the country of a constant supply of antiretroviral drugs.
Dr. Kasonde says he has gone round the health centers and so far, the indication is that the essential drugs are enough.
He says though he cannot state how long the available stocks of ARVs will last, there is need for patients not to worry about any short supply.
Dr Kasonde has also stated that the Nevirapine syrup for children is available in all health centers that are administering the drugs to children.
The Health Minister has however, regretted that Nevirapine was in short supply for some months sending panic among patients, but that the situation has now normalized.
