PF in Eastern province ready to campaign for Lungu – Mwamba

Patriotic Front Eastern Province Chairman Attan Mwamba says party members in the province are geared to kick-start campaigns for party president Edgar Lungu.

Mr. Mwamba has stated that the opposition will be disappointed with the few votes they will get from the province in the forthcoming presidential by-election.

Mr. Mwamba has told QFM News in an interview that Eastern Province is a no go area for the opposition.

Mr. Mwamba says the people of eastern Province are happy that their preferred candidate Edgar Lungu has been adopted to stand on the PF ticket.

He says Mr. Lungu is assured of the full support from the people of Eastern Province.

Mr. Mwamba has since called on all PF members to remain united in order to sustain the party’s stay in power.
