Saunders implores PF to be transparent in selecting presidential candidate

Political analyst Dante Saunders has implored the Patriotic Front to ensure there is transparency in the manner it will select its presidential candidate during the general conference.

Mr. Saunders has told Qfm news in an interview that the ruling party has a huge responsibility to ensure democracy and transparency are upheld in every step leading to the general conference.

He states that Zambians are keenly following the happenings in the ruling party to see if the reconciliation in the party is genuine.

Mr Saunders has further cautioned that Zambia is a peaceful country and politicians should not take for granted the peace in the country.

He has since advised PF members to put their own desires behind and put the interest of the people of Zambia first so that they serve them better.
