World Bank gives Zambia’s economic outlook thumbs up

The World Bank says Zambia’s economic outlook remains positive even as the country is in the transition period.

World Bank country Director Kundhavi Kadiresan has told Qfm News in an interview that Zambia has a strong and impressive economic growth record.

Ms Kadiresan notes however states that the global economic situation is quite uncertain hence the need for Zambia to ensure that it tighten the loopholes.

Ms Kadiresan has also noted that Zambia has also made tremendous strides in infrastructure development especially road construction which she says is very encouraging.
