PF is diverting the country’s attention – Saunders

Political activist Dante Saunders says the ruling Patriotic Front is diverting the attention of the country from real issues such as the enactment of a new constitution with their continued succession wrangles.

Mr Saunders has told Qfm News that what is happening now is a clear picture for Zambians to understand that the ruling party is not ready to deliver on their promises within their tenure of office.

Mr. Saunders says it is high time that government takes a step in the right direction by ensuring that the draft constitution recently released is enacted without further delay.

He stresses that the country is going through a difficult period and that diverting attention from the real issues is something that Zambians will not tolerate.

Mr. Saunders has called on the civil society and all Zambians to stand up for their right and demand for the enactment of the constitution before the 2016 general elections.
