Young people should be given chance to ascend to leadership – YALI

The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) says young people should be given a chance to participate in politics and ascend to leadership as opposed to being used as tools of violence.

YALI President Andrew Nthewewe has advised youths to desist from being used to cause political mayhem.

Mr. Nthewewe says youths should play a meaningful role in the country’s development.

He notes that young people should try hard to ensure that they also help in ensuring that there is law and order in the country especially as the country heads towards the presidential by-election.
