Zambians urged to pray to God to redeem Zambia

Chikondi Foundation President Bishop John Mambo says Zambians should pray to God that he gives the country a young leader who will redeem Zambia and transform people’s lives.

Bishop Mambo says Zambians should pray to God that he provides them with a good leader in the forthcoming presidential election.

He says Zambia at this moment needs a moral and competent leader who will transform the lives of the poor.

Bishop Mambo says it’s high time Zambia elected a leader who has the vision to develop the country and address the suffering of the ordinary Zambians.

Bishop Mambo has since called on the Zambian people not to vote on tribal lines but vote wisely because Zambia belongs to all Zambians.

And Bishop Mambo has observed that the absence of a good constitution in place is the cause of the current fighting in the ruling Patriotic Front following the death of President Michael Sata.

He notes the urgent need to include the Vice president running mate clause in the constitution to avoid future conflicts arising from the death of the incumbent President.

Bishop Mambo has however called on politicians, more especially those in the ruling party not to fight each other but unite and help provide moral and competent leadership in the country.
