Justin Bieber faces fresh legal problems over alleged assault by bodyguards

JUSTIN Bieber faces fresh legal problems over an alleged assault by his bodyguards.

The 20-year-old has been called to return to Argentine capital Buenos Aires to be quizzed about an attack on a photographer last November.

Martin Lopez has asked a judge to issue an international arrest warrant so that the singer can return to the South American country to find out whether he encouraged his entourage to act the way they did.

A video released by a witness shows a group of bodyguards chasing a pap as Bieber is bundled into a car following an appearance at a club.Justin

Pesoa – who called in police before going to hospital after the attack – said at the time: “I was waiting for Justin Bieber to leave so I could take a picture of him when a bodyguard tried to take my camera off me.

“He began to run after me and half a block away he punched me in the head before kicking me in the stomach as I was laying on the ground.

“When I tried to get away, I realised that instead of just one there were seven or eight bodyguards behind me.

“I’ve got cuts all the way up my arm and bruises on my stomach and my head hurts.”

The news comes just days after Bieber was ordered to pay £50,000 in damages to a former neighbour for throwing eggs at his house.

He was told to complete six days of community service and attend 12 anger management classes.
