Mucheleka urges CSOs not to be compromised

Lubansenshi Member of Parliament Patrick Mucheleka has urged credible civil society organizations to resist the temptation of being compromised during campaigns for the presidential by-election.

Mr. Mucheleka has told Qfm news in an interview that there is need for all civil society organizations to maintain their dignity and stick to their mission statements.

He says civil society organizations should always have in mind that they play an important role in driving the country forward because of their involvement in various programs in the country.

Mr Mucheleka states that it is in this regard that civil society organizations should resist the temptation of being compromised, but help the majority Zambians to understand certain things aimed at moving the country forward.
