PF will have difficuties with voters – Saunders

Political Activist Dante Saunders says the ruling Patriotic Front will have difficulties in convincing the electorates to vote for them in the 2015 Presidential by-election.

Mr. Saunders says it will be very difficult for the ruling party to again persuade Zambians to vote for its candidate because things in country have allegedly gone wrong in the three years they have been in government.

Mr. Saunders has told QFM News says the unfulfilled promises the PF made will haunt the ruling party in the forthcoming presidential election.

He says this means that the answer for a new hope for the ZambDanteian people lies in the opposition.

He has singled out the oppositions United Party for National Development (UPND), National Restoration Party (NAREP) and the opposition Alliance for Better (ABZ) as the three political parties that currently may have the answer to needs of the Zambian people.

Mr. Saunders says his preference for these three opposition political parties is based on the fact that they have not been tested before.

He adds that the nation does not need recycled politicians to govern the country for the reason that they have proved to be leaders that make promises they cannot keep.

And the political activist has noted that among the three leaders of the three opposition political parties he has mentioned, the UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema is the strongest contender so far.
