Munkombwe commends Radio QFM for extending coverage to Livingstone

Southern province Minister Daniel Munkombwe has commended Radio QFM Limited for its extended outreach to the Tourist Capital Livingstone on FM frequency 93.3.

Mr. Munkombwe notes that the media plays an important role in highlighting issues affecting the nation hence the need to have a conducive environment for all media to do their work.

Mr Mukombwe says QFM’s additional new frequency for Livingstone is a step in the right direction in the quest to educate, inform and entertain the listening public.

Livingstone residents will starting this Thursday be able to listen to radio QFM on 93.3 FM.

And Livingstone Member of Parliament Lawrence Evans has welcomed the development stating that it high time that the tourist capital had more media houses to help promote tourism and inform the public on the developmental projects which government has embarked on.
