Mr. Chisanga has also disclosed in an interview that in his mind late President Michael Sata was the biggest catalyst behind consolidating investor confidence of the country.

Mr. Chisanga notes that he particularly thinks that all investors presently feel safe to operate in Zambia.

He has also acknowledged President Sata keenness in advancing road infrastructure development.

The ZDA Director General states with such road infrastructure that the country has seen under President Sata’s reign, Zambia is bound to see secondary investments coming forth.

He adds that the major programs that are being implemented through Private Public Partnerships are also works of late President Sata as he decided to bring the Public Private Partnership division of Ministry of Finance under the ZDA.
