Siavonga District Commissioner Brave Mweetwa has hailed the PF government’s political will to develop the district.
Mr.Mweetwa has told Qfm news in an interview that the district has seen massive developmental projects undertaken during the Patriotic Front leadership.
He explains that Siavonga district has greatly benefited from the road projects which government has embarked upon, resulting in the easy transportation of goods and service to other parts of the country.
Mr Mweetwa adds that a local contractor has also shown interest to construct a shopping mall in the district at a total cost of U$150 million within ten months.
He has also expressed hope that once the shopping mall is constructed, the people of Siavonga will no longer have to travel to Lusaka to do their household shopping.
