Government has earmarked the construction of 50 Chiefs Palaces across the country in 2015.
Chiefs and Traditional Affairs Minister Nkandu Luo has told Parliament today that government has in 2014 earmarked the construction of 30 Chiefs Palaces.
Professor Luo says it will be up to the Chiefs themselves to choose how they want their palaces to be constructed.
Professor Luo says this Thursday, 30th October; government will be conducting the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of Chief Mwenda’s palace in southern province.
