Zambia’s Jubilee has paved way for youths to take-up leadership – Tembo

Aspiring Kabwata Member of Parliament Clement Tembo has observed that Zambia’s 50th golden jubilee should pave way for young people in the country to take-up the mantle of leadership.

Mr. Tembo says the leadership of the country now lies in the hands of young people who have new ideas and fresh brains for developing the country further.

Speaking in an interview with Qfm News, Mr. Tembo has called upon other young people in the country to rise up and take-up leadership in whatever sector they may be in.

He has encouraged youths to learn for him how is taking over leadership in Kabwata constituency where he has expressed confidence to becoming a Member of Parliament in the 2016 general elections.

Mr. Tembo notes that while taking up such leadership young people should also thank the older generation for the work that they have done in the country in last 50 years that the country has been independent.

And the aspiring Kabwata Member of Parliament has hailed government for finally releasing the final draft constitution.

He says what is important now is for government to give a clear roadmap for the enactment of the country’s new constitution.
