Wynter is still a friend – Lungu

Patriotic Front Secretary General Edgar Lungu says he still remains friends with his predecessor Wynter Kabimba.

Mr. Lungu has told Qfm news in an interview that despite not having met with Mr. Kabimba for some time now, he believes they are still friends and colleagues who can find time to meet and chat.

Mr. Lungu says he has no negative thoughts about Mr. Kabimba.
He states his main task is to bring about unity and sanity to the ruling party.

He says despite his busy schedule he will always try his level best to unite the ruling party and preach peace and discipline among all party members.

Mr. Lungu who is also Justice and Defence Minister adds that the party is strong and ready to move forward and fulfill the promises it made to the Zambian people.
