The Cheke Cha Mbunda Cultural and Writers Association (CCMCWA), has dismissed assertion that its relationship with the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) have gone bad.
Reacting to a statement published online attributed to a Mr. Liale Mubanga, CCMCWA interim National Chairperson Bosco Chiyengo says his association has well established communication channels with the BRE and the government.
He says the statement that Mr. Mubanga, who is also interim secretary of the CCMEWA, released was not authorized by the association’s interim committee and therefore they represent Mr. Mubanga’s personal opinion.
