Govt reminded to realize its responsibilities

Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) Board Chairperson John Lijimu has advised government to realize that it has a role and responsibility to provide food, good health and education services to the people of Zambia.

Mr. Lijimu says food, good health and education should be government’s top priorities and not infrastructure alone, stating that infrastructure development on its own is meaningless because people cannot survive on infrastructure alone.
