Political Activist Dante Saunders says people should not be excited that government has allocated K29 million towards the constitution making process.
Mr. Saunders has told QFM News that it is annoying for government to continue allocating money towards the process when they are not going to deliver the document.
He says the move is aimed at hoodwinking Zambians that the government is committed to delivering the new constitution when in the actual sense they intend to use the money for other things like by-elections.
Mr. Saunders says he will be proved right when the PF’s term of office comes to an end in 2016, stating that there will be no new constitution delivered.
Mr Saunders adds that people still hoping that the PF government will deliver a new constitution will be disappointed.
