Use Jubilee to forgive each other – Bishop Bwalya

A clergyman has encouraged Zambians to use the country’s year of jubilee to forgive each other.

Bishop Lenson Bwalya of El shaddai Pentecostal church has told Qfm news that the jubilee year is a blessing to nation.

He says it is in this regard that Zambians should begin by forgiving each other and start a new chapter.

Bishop Bwalya says there is need for all Zambians to put peace and unity ahead of the jubilee celebration because it is a rare opportunity for the country to have a jubilee year.

He adds that it is also important for opposition party leaders to think beyond politics and join in celebrating the country’s golden jubilee.

Bishop Bwalya notes that politicians planning to shun the jubilee celebrations should reflect on what God has done for the country thus far.

Zambia will be celebrating 50 years of independence from colonial rule on 24th October.
