PF urged to reflect on its 3 years corruption fight

The Zambia Youths Association in the Fight Against Corruption (ZYAFC) has urged the PF Government to reflect on how they have fared in the fight against corruption as they clock three years in office this month.

ZYAFAC Executive Director Rickson Kanema has told QFM News in an interview that the three years of the PF in power has been full of rhetoric and less action on corruption.

Mr. Kanema states that the PF should go back to the drawing board and change their approach in the fighting against corruption.

He says the Zambian people expect the PF government shift from the usual approach of fighting corruption which is not yielding results.

Mr Kanema adds that the PF should go a step further by ensuring that all the people cited in Auditor General’s reports are taken to task.

Mr. Kanema says it is not too late for government to develop workable mechanisms that will bring desired results in the fight against corruption.
