MMD still remains strong – Pande

Movement for Multi-party Democracy (MMD) national Chairperson Kabinga Pande says the former ruling party is still alive and strong.

Mr. Pande has told Qfm news in an interview that that there is no doubt that the MMD remains a party the majority of the Zambian people still have trust in.

He says this because the MMD tried its best to lower the cost of living for all Zambians during its reign, adding that the party understands the challenges the people of Zambia are facing.

Mr. Pande states that it is for this reason that the people of Zambia still have their faith in the MMD.

He adds that it has been difficult for most Zambians to afford three meals in a day during the reign of the Patriotic Front as a result of the high cost of living.

Mr Pande has since reminded the Patriotic Front not to feel very secure and popular following its victory in the recent by-elections.
