Janza calls 9 Juniors for local camp

Zambia coach Honour Janza has summoned nine Under-20 players for his September domestic team training camp.

The juniors, who recently qualified to the 2015 Africa Youth Championship in Senegal, will be part of a 27-member team for the monthly get-together that will be held from September 21-24 in Lusaka.

The Under-20 players in camp include Zanaco goalkeeper Mangani banda, Nchanga Rangers midfielder Larry Bwalya and Napsa Stars striker Saith Sakala.

Janza has also called up Konkola Blades and ex-Zambia Under-17 striker Humphrey Maseneko for the training camp.

Sakala and Maseneko have scored seven and six league goals respectively this season.

Meanwhile, clubless striker Fwayo Tembo is also part of next weeks training camp that will also include twelve other home-based players who were part of Zambia’s 2015 AFCON qualifiers for September.
